Extremely happy with my recent tour! It was a 7 days visit on the wonderful land of Leh-Ladakh. I fully enjoyed this excellent travel with the services of Antilog Vacations. They really performed their fantastic Job!
Mr. Jatin Sachdeva was our tour operator from Antilog group who worked on the entire planning and put complete dedication to our customized itinerary. On this Leh tour my cousin was with me and we were traveling together at specific locations, based on our interests.
During my first conversation with Mr. Jatin, I put the clear idea about our specifications related to Nubra valley, Tsomoriri lake, Pangong lake and other sites. Basically, we want to enjoy a taste of adventure with white water rafting, trekking and camping like activities. Antilog Vacations sales representative fully took care the things and he was able to plan the itinerary accordingly.
Really, he was a very patient guy and make a comfortable time for us, even with the demand of multiple changes from our side. I never forget the part of genuine dealing from their side. Due to some emergency, we've to come earlier from the midway of this tour. This friendly and patient guy also showed his role in this emergency situation. With a single call, he realized the things and helps us in the cancellation of hotels and do some unexpected thing with the refund of portion of money.
I think, no one can provide this level of customer satisfactory services. Truly appreciable! Even, the time that we spend was best and memorable.. at one of the heavenly spots of India with the dedicated services of antilog vacations. It was not so easy to deal with the queries of multiple customers on the same time. Hats off to you guys, for your timely response and a sense of responsibility. Your dedication towards the customer satisfaction is superb, we fully enjoyed our time with you.
With such huge collection of qualities, we were happily afforded the package within its reasonable cost. Definitely cheaper than others with the inclusion of almost all the amenities for relaxing holidays. At last, I want to dedicate a part of credit to my tour guide and driver for their awesome work, nothing was possible without their effort. Overall, the things were satisfactory and I would recommend this helpful service to all.
