Bhavish Aggarwal - Antilog Vacations Fiji Review AVB0096930

I visited the picturesque Fiji Islands with my wife last week. We made our bookings via this online travel portal Antilog Vacations and we must confess that we had a mix of a time at the isles. Pre-booking through Antilog Vacations took care of all hassles and ensured a rejuvenating vacation. These guys have become quite renowned for planning trips to the Fiji Islands in a short period of time and the site is definitely worth a dekkho in case you are southward bound.

The Koro Sun Resort in the island Vanua Levu was our abode for our Fiji sojourn of 5 days and 6 nights. There were adjoining bamboo cottages in pairs throughout the resort and the two special rainforest Cottages located on the southern end provided an unheralded view. These cottages were comparatively more popular in the resort. We got a room in the bamboo cottage as the rainforest cottages were already booked.

The Koro guys had methodically planned the rooms and hence there was little scope for improvement. The view from the rooms was breathtaking with the serene Loto Island Cave right visible from the balcony. One caveat here based on our experience is that our cottage being a sea facing cottage had its entry via a cumulative rise of stairs. The stairs were quite steep and provided no alternative like lifts etc. Hence these rooms were not very conducive for elderly people.

The food in the Bay View restaurant initially appeared quite delectable and we enjoyed the spread on the first 2 days. But by the end of our trip it had become repetitive and hence quite bland.  Also my wife sometimes found the food a tad too spicy. The breakfast buffet though was really good and they changed the menu on every day. Thus overall a recommended stay.
