Cricket series was being held in Sri Lanka and being an ardent cricket lover, I was planning to visit the island for the matches for a good month long break. I had arranged the tickets for matches in Colombo and Kandy and hence decided to visit these cities.

I took the luxury ferry liner - The Scotia Prince from Tuticorin especially as its service had been revived after more than 25 years. The voyage was superb and as I had pre booked my hotel stay and cab commute through Antilog Vacations. I didn’t face any hassles. The Cinnamon Lakeside Resort was my stay there.

Colombo was the first city I was visiting and it had a large harbour and it was probably due to this aspect and its strategic position that it was such an important place on the East-West sea trade route in the olden days. The entire city sported a colorful and festive look and as I was travelling to the hotel, my cabbie gave me a tour of the city. Along with some of its exquisite corporate buildings, the Galle Face Green, National Museum and the Viharamahadevi Park were noteworthy mentions.

The Cinnamon was located by the Beira Lake and I got a room on the southern side. I would suggest people to go for rooms on this side as the rooms face the lake and are provide a tranquil view. Moreover staying in the executive floor, I had access to the private lounge which had an awesome balcony. I found my stay to be great value for money as the resort provided complimentary breakfast and afternoon cocktails.

The A1 highway connected Colombo with Kandy and I took it for my departure. Flights through the Ratmalana Airport are also another option as it handles all local airlines. Overall, it’s a part of well management by Antilog Vacations.

Me and my girlfriend are both avid globetrotters and have a habit of travelling to various places and our latest such trip was to the sub continental island of Sri Lanka. Also being cricket fanatics we intended to travel slightly ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup and stay there for the first few matches of the tournament. There was a major rush for tickets and stays in hotels and hence we were lucky to get our accommodation through Antilog Vacations. The Saman Group of Villas was booked as our stay in Bentota.

The Saman is a small boutique cottage resort which has been in existence for a long time but has managed to keep itself abreast with the times. The manager said that it was the oldest resort in Bentota and contained both single and double storied individual villas. We got an ocean facing room and as we moved into our cottage we could see that the traditional Sri Lankan architectural style of clay roof and bordered accentuated the villas.

The spa inside the hotel is quite reputed and we decided to check it out at our first chance. The notion of open air massages inside private gardens reminded us of European therapies and coupled with private facilities like floral bath, aromatic sauna, Jacuzzi, the entire experience was quite memorable. The deluxe and superior therapies consisted of the choicest Sri Lankan oils and herbs and replete with skilled therapists we had a holistic time. Based on personal experience I would suggest the Aromatherapy and the Hot Stone therapy as they were especially rejuvenating.

The in-house restaurant had delectable dishes with Head Chef Rizvi being a pioneer in Sri Lankan food. A separate confectionary chief and his cakes and pastries added the perfect underline to our trip and we recommend the resort highly. A Big thanks to Antilog Vacations for this wonderful journey!

I and my business partner Ankush went to Sri Lanka for our business purpose. We stayed at Taj Samudra hotel for two nights with the very nice efforts of our tour operator ‘ANTILOG VACATIONS’. Taj samudra hotel is the best luxurious hotel in Colombo. The location was simply superb and amazing. The exterior of the hotel was outstanding. The greenery of trees in the surroundings of building truly admired us. The hotel staff welcomed us with great smile and they gave cold drinks to get refresh. The lobby was extremely delightful.

Our rooms were well designed with stylish modern amenities. We had a very comfortable spacious room. Our room also had WIFI connection so it’s very useful for us. The ocean view was very attractive and gave very pretty looks. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The food they offered in this restaurant was mouth watering. The foods variety that they made fresh and the restaurant looks neat and the dining area looks very beautiful. The staff members was very friendly and cooperative with us. They spoke us very well. We had lunch at this restaurant; the sea foods was also very nice and tasty. We don’t have enough time to go for the places we interested to see.

The beach was very near to our hotel so we just went for a walk in the evening and enjoyed the admirable beauty of beach water. The swimming pool was very relaxing place where we can keep our mind fresh at any time. The services were prompt. I never forget the days we spend our luxurious days over there. The friendly manager, wonderful staffs and the hospitality services are excellent. I would suggest this property for business travelers because this hotel is the best ideal hotel for business travelers. Sure I will visit again and we will rock. You all peoples should visit and enjoy the beauty of Colombo. Happy journey guys.

This was my second visit to Sri Lanka and we had a pleasant stay at Taj Samudra hotel, Colombo. I and my wife went for our first anniversary celebration to colombo. We booked our stay at hotel Taj Samudra hotel through the services of Antilog Vacations for 4 days stay. When we enter into the hotel we were stunned to see the interior decoration of the lobby. The reception staffs are very friendly and always had a smiley face. We booked deluxe room and we feel very comfortable.

Our bed is king sized and we slept peacefully without any disturbance. I feel like living in paradise. Our deluxe room is very comfort and well decorated with wooden flooring and well equipped with modern amenities. The view from our room is awesome. Our balcony is huge enough and we seated a chair on the balcony and we had a pleasant evening of watching the beauty of greenery trees and beach. The barbeque restaurant serves the buffet style dinner and arranged the candle light on our dining area. That was a wonderful moment we can’t forget in our life. We went for a walk in the shopping complex to get a gold ring for my wife for our anniversary gift.

They offer internet connection in our room but it was expensive. The swimming pool is the beautifully spacious elegant place to relax and keep our self fresh. It’s just 2 minutes walk away from hotel to the beach so we just enjoy walking on the beach side during evening times. Definitely this property is the worth visiting. I never had seen such a good service property anywhere. We loved the foods, service and the beautiful historical building. Surely next time I will visit Colombo with my complete family. This was our second visit to Kandy. Last year I stayed at hotel cinnamon citadel but this time my wife preferred Mahaweli Reach hotel. We read many positive commands about this property so we decided to spend our splendid days at this hotel. We booked deluxe room for our three days stay from the services of Antilog Vacations. Our room is spacious and the open door balcony brightens the room. The pool view from our room windows is simply amazing and looks attractive to sit and watch the beauty of nature.

Our room has internet access connection but they charge 200 for half an hour usage. LCD screen TV fitted in our room but we didn’t get time to watch. Our room is traditionally designed and the interior of the room is superb. The wooden furniture’s, chairs, tables are furnished and the finishing was fabulous. The bathtub is spacious and we had well shower in it.

The restaurant offers the wide range of variety. The fruit salads and drinks are tasty and lip smacking. The chefs who served us are very calm and polite peoples. They are very humble persons. They treat us like very well. I am a non vegetarian lover but I won’t eat outside food of NV but I broke my habit after eating at there. The sea foods are fresh and it was simply made it hygienically and well prepared.

The gym room is very silent and the variety of equipments covered the place and many people are working in it. The masters are teaching well and good. The swimming pool is very large and the pool water was very clear. The pool area was wonderful of overlooking & the lake was picturesque view. The hotel itself arranged our sightseeing trips. We loved boat riding because it was new to us.

The lobby, lounge area is really attractive. The hospitality service was good. No negative commands about this property because this is the best property in Kandy with all the facilities what we expect. Overall I like my trip but I don’t know whether I will visit or not. I would like to visit mahaweli reach hotel if I get chance surely I will come out from hustle bustle city life with the same name of professional tour operator- ‘Antilog Vacations’.

Being my last year of my college we decided to go for a tour to Srilanka, Kandy. We were a group of five guys around went for a long travel trip. We booked cinnamon citadel hotel for three days stay with the help of Antilog services. The hotel was simply looks like a paradise. It’s a historical hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks very pretty and built it very modernly. The hotel is surrounded by the hills and the green lawns covered on the top of the hill. It’s look very pleasant to see. Cinnamon citadel resort is the privacy hotel to get relax.

The hotel is out of town so the surrounding area was calm and peaceful. Our room is large and we had a private balcony to sit and enjoy watching the nature. Our room balcony overlooked the river and green lawn area. The bed, pillow and bed sheet are very clean and neat. The housekeeper cleans the room twice a day. The bathroom was fine and large. The room facilities like internet access connection in our room but they charged too costly for per hour so we haven’t used it. On the last day of our return we gone for shopping and we bought many gifs for our close ones.

I love swimming so we enjoyed swimming in the pool and we had a nice entertained in the pool. Being with the friends is the wonderful moment but being with the friends in the cinnamon citadel hotel is the heavenly life. That was the unforgettable moment still we didn’t get back. I should especially thanks to the manager to treat us royalty and gave full privacy without trouble us.

Wow! Really what a property? We got all the facilities what we expected and what we unexpected. This is the best property and everyone should visit in your lifetime. why you are still waiting just close your eyes and book the ticket for your vacation trip with your family.
