Ayush Manchanda - Visit to Kerala AVB0079483

Want to explore more & more with Antilog Vacations

What a great time it was! We recently returned from 6 Day / 5 Night Enchanting Kerala tour. During this holiday, we covered the major attractions of Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey. The tour was completely managed by Antilog Vacations. Here, I want to present some highlights about my visit:

Cochin: With our transfer, we were shifted to our booked resort for some rest. In the pleasant weather conditions, we expected to cover huge attractions. But, due to time shortage we only able to covered Beautiful Sunset View, Chinese Fishing Net and Kochi Fort. We faced small disappointment due to the traffic of this metropolitan city. But, at this situation, I am not considering any fault of my tour operator.

Munnar: All my complaints washed out after watching the scenic and beautiful greenery of Munnar. The place and its breathtaking natural beauty had a major role to make our journey fantastic. The roadside waterfalls, tea plantations and overall picturesque beauty was perfect to take the photo clicks. With our friendly driver, we covered almost all the famous regions like high peaks, waterfalls, famous points, wildlife sanctuaries, national parks, museums, gardens and most interesting one was Kerala's local martial art- Kalaripayattu.

Next day, we enjoyed a hillside view of Munnar with a Jeep Safari and rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage. This relaxing massage therapy helped to easily cover the trek of Anamudi peak and we felt easy to cover this distance during a pleasant cloudy day. It was entirely a relaxed journey. Here, I want to give a special thanks to my tour operator (from Antilog Vacations group).

Thekkady: Similarly, Thekkady is a pleasant place with a beautiful nature touch. Lake Periyar, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and for other eco-tourism destinations, it is a good place. We fully explored the place and its natural beauty is highly recommended for all. Don't miss out the popular local art & culture attraction of Kathakali performance. Kathakali dance is a way to view local culture of the place through the great efforts of local passionate dancers and musicians.

Alleppey: On the 4th day, we departed to cover the next destination. We were pretty excited for a houseboat stay there. During a relaxing Alleppey visit, we enjoyed the backwaters view within the surroundings of tropical landscape of palms & paddies. It is a perfect site to enjoy fresh river prawns and crabs in a form of fresh meal. If you're vegetarian then you've other options also. With our cook and pilot, we really enjoyed this ultimate experience within the relaxing settings.

Overall, Kerala is an awesome place to enjoy the refreshing surroundings. "God's Own Country" is an exact site to closely observe the beautiful nature’s wonders. We captured the green glory of Kerala during Monsoon time, so we have an additional pleasure. Thanks Antilog Vacations for your help and friendly support. We were completely comfortable during the whole journey. We want to further explore the place only within your caring company.
