Prashant Pant - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0098086

While planning a trip to Manali last summer with my wife, we decided to book the trip through a travel portal to reduce impending hassles. Based on recommendations from my wife’s close friend I checked out the online portal of Antilog Vacations.

The site was filled with reviews and photographs of numerous resorts and hotels of Manali and we sorted and chose our preferences mainly based on tariff. The Johnson Lodge offered the best deal and we consequently booked it. If the pics were anything to go by we knew we had got a good value for money deal, just as we had envisaged when we had logged in to Antilog Vacations portal.

The lodge is located on the Circuit House Road and has close proximity to the Mall Road and the Hadimba temple, the two major attractions nearby. Moreover it was seemingly quite popular amongst cabbies and local people and we got many people to give us directions to reach the exact location of the lodge swiftly.

Based on our package of 5 days and 4 nights, we were given a deluxe room. The room was not huge but given the low temperatures a small cosy room appealed to us more than a large spacious room. The room had blankets and water heater, bare necessities in Manali. The décor was also nice and all in all the room was good.

Moreover our package included complimentary lunch and dinner meals for the 4 days. The complimentary package included a fixed meal which was slightly different from the usual a la carte menu. Other options included various mall road eateries which had an eclectic mix of Chinese, Tibetan cuisines and Hilly fishes (Trouts) on offer along with its famous stone baked wood fire pizza and pastas was also quite popular amongst foreigners.

Prabhat Malik - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0098517

I was on a trip of the northern hill stations with my family and had decided to start our 2 week long trip with the famous duo of Kullu and Manali, Manali being first. We had done our entire booking through the online travel portal of Antilog Vacations. The site is quite good when it comes to North Indian trips and I would definitely recommend the same to everyone.

It is very user friendly and helped us plan the itinerary and liaise with their agents to decide on the most convenient fares. Thus our entire trip of 6 people (parents, wife and kids) was well within our budget and we had no hassles as all pre-bookings were done by them. The Vintage Hotel was booked in Manali as our first abode and we had decided on the same after seeing some of the pics of the hotel on the site.

All in all barring some minor glitches (which I would mention herein) our stay was decent. For starters, the rooms were of good quality, orderly and comfy. Moreover the view of snow capped mountain ranges from the balcony was truly magnificent. The bath was well positioned but it lacked an exhaust fan and given the cold climate (and lack of fans) it was all the more needed. Also an electric kettle would suffice well for the resort as we had to regularly call the reception for hot water.

The room service was very hospitable and friendly however we felt some exterior cleaning of the windows would have amplified the beauty of the surroundings and added to the ambience. The food was fresh and delicious though. Room service was also much in vogue there because of the efficient service of the waiters!

Finally, a word of thanks to Antilog Vacations team for his help and support during our stay.

Madhav Mansingh - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0097266

We visited the scenic hill station of Manali last month. It was a 5 day trip with my wife and we both were in favour of pre- booking and hence we decided to check out the upcoming travel portal of Antilog Vacations. Unlike some of the other travels sites the booking process was quite simplified and we were able to book our tickets with minimal hassles. Because of some prior connections of the travel site with the resort we were able to get a discounted deal and we even got a free upgrade when we reached the resort. The Hotel Sandhya was booked as our reside for the 5 day vacation.

The Antilog Vacations personnel had arranged for a cab and we reached the hotel at dusk. The milieu coupled with the foggy weather entranced us at the onset. There were some hassles with the parking space because of a slope and space crunch but somehow our driver slotted it home.

We got a room in one of the cottages and it was very comfortable and spacious. The wooden structure surrounding the cottage was well built and beautified the ambience. The toilets were very clean and the private balcony was also nice. The evening cuppa of tea at the balcony with my wife acted as the perfect unwinder and transported us to a different level. The food at the restaurant was also decent and had many choices.

Mr. Duggal, the general manager acted us the perfect guide too and arranged for local rides along with what to see info. The other manager Mr. Negi was also influential with the localities and had a pretty good knowledge about Manali. Thus all in all Hotel Sandhya was definitely worth the stay and together with Antilog vacations provided a unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to get back!!

Atul Madan - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0097522

I was scheduled to go to Himachal Pradesh for a couple of weeks for my plan visit and client presentation and hence I decided to tag my fiancé along. Manali was one of the first on our list of places to visit because of its scenic beauty.

We decided to make our official bookings through the travel portal of Antilog vacations and they arranged for everything – right from cabs to flights to our holiday bookings. Located at around 250 km north of the state’s capital, Shimla, Manali nearest airport was the Kullu - Manali Airport (located in Bhuntar). The cab was waiting for us at the airport and the road from the airport to the Hotel Snowcrests Manor (our abode in Manali) was quite pleasant and thrilling.

Located near Log Hut Complex, the hotel is around 2km from the Mall Road. Snowfall had started happening slightly as we reached and this made the road slightly treacherous. The driver was apt and we did not face any major hassles. However we understood that because of the hilly terrain the resort could become very difficult to reach in times of heavy snowfall.

Some construction work in front of the hotel could’ve slightly hampered the view but our rooms on the posterior side still retained its tranquil charm and snow capped sights. One minor deterrent is the unavailability of lifts and consequently we had to climb our 3rd floor room☹. The room was very clean and orderly though. It was around 400 sq ft in area and had provisions of 24 x 7 geyser, room heater etc. The hotel as such was centrally heated to combat the chilly conditions.

The hotel was also popular for organizing theme parties during Christmas and New Year and hence these would be the best times to visit the Snowcrests Manor.

Parineeti Bhave - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0097029

I was on my maiden vacation to the subcontinent with my fiancé and what better place to kick start the trip than India, an amazingly exotic country. Being avid hill station lovers we decided to start our trip from Manali, the famous hill station in Northern India. Along with the snow capped peaks, being a total foodie I was also looking forward to having some authentic Indian dishes there as I had heard a lot about them.

While pre-booking, I decided to use the travel website of Antilog Vacations based on positive recommendations from a friend. The site was helpful and adept in finding the correct accommodations and we got our entire India leg booked at nominal prices too.

The Heritage Village Resort in Manali was our first abode in India and we both were quite excited. The travel guys had arranged a cab from the Delhi international terminal and after the picturesque 15 hour drive we reached the hallowed gates of the Heritage. The resort impressed us from the outset and we got a duplex suite in the western corner of the resort. The room was large(>500 sq ft) and the windows ensured a glamorous view.

The resort was slightly removed from the rush of the central town but the “country side location” worked well for us. Sightseeing options were aplenty close to the Heritage and the hotel manager was friendly and doubled up as our guide. The trip to Rohtang was one of the major attractions and the place was really awesome and the 3k was worth spending on that trip.

The food was a tad disappointing though given my high expectations and the quantity too left a lot to be desired. They should improve on this aspect get increased footfall. Thus on the whole we found more positives than negatives and hence recommend the hotel and responsible services of Antilog Vacations.

Girish Dayalan - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0098269

I wanted my honeymoon to be unforgettable and therefore premeditated a lot before going ahead with the same. After visiting copious travel sites, online portals and agencies, I zeroed in on the site of Antilog Vacations.

I found the site to be extremely info-heavy and extensive for honeymoon packages and accordingly I booked a 6 day package at Manali. The picturesque milieu of Manali matched both me and my wife’s idea of a perfect honeymoon and the Antilog Vacations guys booked the Hotel Vintage for our stay there. We booked the royal honeymoon suite for our holiday and the other travel arrangements were taken care of by the Antilog vacations people.

Located near the Left Bank in the famous Aleo Naggar Road, the Vintage Hotel had a supreme location and was known by almost all cabbies in the vicinity. From the first look it looked a “vintage” stay at the Hotel and we were not disappointed by the end of the 6th day. Right from the concierge to the management team to the staff boys, everybody carried a sense of pride in their job and made our stay worthwhile.

The actual room looked far better than the photographs on the Antilog Vacations website, (something which we really appreciated ☺). Our suite was around 600 sq ft and deftly furnitured along with a fine carpeted floor. Moreover our stay was accentuated with the presence of excellent food, wonderful views and precise sightseeing arrangements.

The manager arranged for almost all sightseeing places including the famous Rohtang Pass. It reminded me of my previous trip to Tiger Hill in West Bengal as we had to get up at 3:00 am to reach the top point because of the looming traffic jam. This Hotel Vintage should definitely be on your list in case you are planning on a value for money stay in Manali.

Prateek Pashine - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0096069

The trip to Manali was in the offing for a real long time and finally with the aid of Antilog Vacations, I managed to go ahead and finally book a 5 day trip with a couple of other families. The total strength of our group was 11 and hence we had decided on prior confirmed bookings at almost all places.

Our travel agent – Antilog Vacations guys really seemed well equipped to deal with holidays in Manali and hence I was relieved to get my bookings done through them. The Sarthak Resorts was booked for our accommodation there and our sales representative from Antilog Vacations also ensured a 24*7 cab at our disposal for the entire span of our trip. The cab was waiting for us at the Kullu Manali airport and our hotel was around 50 km south of the airport.

This Hotel was about 10 odd km from Mall Road (the heart of the city) and so if you are inclined towards travelling out of Manali and want to camp at the hotel at nights only then this resort would be a perfect choice. On the whole however, the resort was a very good place to enjoy with family and friends with a very keen staff and considerate managers.

We got an upgrade of room while checking in and once inside the room, the view from the windows was mind blowing with the charismatic Himalayan mountain ranges glistening in the early morning sunbeam. The bathrooms tiles though looked like they wanted a change as they were stained and appeared old.

The food quality though was excellent and room service too was nice. The waiters were really courteous and always quipped in with their two pence regarding the sightseeing places. Thus overall we would recommend the Sarthak Resort based on our experience.

Satyendra Singh Jadon - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0096493

I had visited Manali 2 year back for a conference and was put up in Holiday Inn Manali. I was very much impressed by the hotel near to Mall but still situated in a quiet place. This year, after listening the news of snowfall in Manali, my children were just after me to take them there. Thinking of my good experience in Holiday Inn last time I booked the hotel for my family stay as per own efforts and booked ticketing from Antilog Vacations as per an effective deal. We took a super deluxe room as we were just 4 people, so twin beds offered quite a comfortable stay.

My kids were delighted to see fruits, biscuits and cake waiting for them in room. It was already snowing heavily so outside it was all covered with snow and children loved playing in snow spread outside in sit opening into garden. But as we had reached after a long night tiresome journey, my husband just went into take bath and we realised that there was no water. Means that was quite strange, but we asked hotel staff they said hot water was just not available by 12 it comes daily between 6:30 to 10 only. My husband was really pissed off. What kind of attitude of hotel to not to provide hot water all through out day even after charging such huge amounts of money. We just thought to let it go.

Leaving all things aside we went around mall and visited hadimba temple that day. In the evening we just thought we can have dinner in comfort of hotel and went to restaurant in hotel only. I would say food was not very great but it was ohk in quality and quantity for two was just sufficient as my kids are just very small. Soon my kids were asleep and we took them to room. As it was cold outside we looked out for central heater but we were amazed that no central heating also.. On telling staff they just got some heater but that was not working well.

That time I just realised last time I came in summers and experience was good in terms of rooms, view of mountains outside.. This holds true for winters also, but hotel has definitely compromised on heating aspects and thus is not a good buy out option for winters. Overall, it is a best conclusion to finalise your deal through the hands of professionals. Like, its better to hire Antilog vacations completely for a package in place of only ticketing. Overall, it teaches us a good experience and that’s why I want to share with others!

Sargam Nanda - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0096893

We (me and my husband) visited Manali last month for a weekend trip of 3 days and 2 nights. Because of his all-pervading office formalities I did most of the bookings. The getaway, having been formed and finalized at the last instant, we did not have many choices and the plan was in danger of being shelved because of the lack of open bookings.

However Antilog Vacations came up with a hotel booking in these tough times! The Banon Resorts in Manali was the only available option and we booked it. Though the Antilog Vacations guys warned us that the resort might not be up to deluxe standards but we decided to go ahead with the booking nevertheless.

Our ordeal started even before we reached the place. Firstly there was no cab/shuttle service to bring us to the resort and consequently we had to pay a hefty amount to a local cabbie as the place was also not easily noticeable and we had to move around in the vicinity for quite some time before we zeroed in on the exact location. The receptionist was efficient though and once she confirmed our bookings we were directed to our rooms. The butlers appeared inclined only in the “tips” and we had to cough up subsequent sums every time we asked for any favour.

The room was decently large at 40 odd sq mt. However basic amenities like a comfy sofa, fridge, safe etc was missing. Even the windows were broken and curtains were dirty. The plus was the storage space available and the working TV (albeit with a few channels). Another thing we missed (as was promised on their website) was the unavailability of internet service (neither wired nor Wi-Fi). However the rooms were okayish on the whole and decent in case you are planning to stay for a very short period. So, it’s better to timely fix your plan and relish your special moments with the great options availed in the menu of Antilog Vacations. Good Luck to others and great lesson for us for our future visits!

Sarthak Navle - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0097809

I visited Manali with my 3 friends last month. It was a college trip and we decided to start our trip from Manali. My historian friend was particularly inclined towards the “abode of the Seven Sages” for reasons more than its picturesque beauty. He wanted to see the ancient trade route which existed to Ladakh and adjoining areas and my other photographer friend wanted to capture the glimpses from the various mountain passes like the Khotan in the Tarim Basin and the Karakoram Pass to Yarkand.

We travelled on bikes from Delhi and took national highway NH 1 leading up to Chandigarh and thereafter took the national highway NH 21 from there. After passing through the districts of Sundernagar, Bilaspur and Mandi we finally reached the towns of Kullu and Manali. The trip was over 500 kms in distance and we were completely exhausted after we reached Manali. The road leading upto Manali was tricky and curvy we were lucky to have reached safely.

Having reached in the evening we were looking for a place to crash and consequently entered the first hotel we saw near the place called Kachi Ghati. River Crescent was the name of the resort booked through Antilog Vacations mobile app and once we went in we knew the place was up to our expectations. We were too tired to explore at the same time and decided to rest for the night.

The room had many amenities within the proper maintenance. Our room has scenic outer view with excellent staff services. Everything was in well managed form with the good amenities of wi-fi, gym facility, television, telephone, hot water and related ones. Thus overall I would recommend this hotel to others. Truly, Antilog Vacations has good links and excellent services up to the customer expectation.

Chitra Anand, New Delhi - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0098509

I and my colleagues planned a trip to Manali, and was searching for a good hotel in Manali. One of my friend suggested me Wood Valley Cottage which is just 1 km from Manali towards Naggar. This Cottage gives you the best view of the great Himalayas. The best way to reach Manali is thru Bus from Delhi or Chandigarh. Luxury buses are available frequently. Then after few discussions and we finally reached the part of Manali holiday complete package booking and at that time we were easy to find Antilog Vacations in a form of best tour operators within competitive rates and quality services.

The Wood Valley Cottage is beautifully furnished to make our stay luxurious. We took a 2 double bed room cottages fully south facing with large balcony and fully furnished with large king size bed. The Cottage has sofa set in the front side. There is a fireplace available in the cottages with sofas and chairs. The glorious views of the valley and mountains can be best viewed from the balcony. The cottages are fully equipped with gas stove, cooker, microwave, fridge, etc for a self catering stay. We included the food in our packages; The bathroom is very clean and 24hrs hot water running. Wood Valley staffs are really helping and can be much appreciable for their hospitality.

We visited the following places in Manali:
  1. Journey to Manikaran
  2. Paragliding
  3. River Rafting
  4. Trekking
  5. Trout Fishing

The Wood Valley Cottage has got the facilities like Bar, Car Parking up to 5 cars, Doctor on call, games room, internet facility, Satellite TV, restaurant and telephone etc. There is also Horse safari and Jungle trekking available for your convenience.

The climate is too chill for us as we came from plains, the max temperature is around 20’c and temperature drops to 05’c in the night, so please take wollen to avoid bad cold. So I would recommend you all to stay in Wood Valley Cottage if you have plan to visit Manali and definitely the name & services of Antilog Vacations without any other option.

Jaidev Pathak - Antilog Vacations Manali Review AVB0097551

I and my family planned to go for a trip in hill station. We finally decided for Manali with the help of Antilog Vacations services and they booked excellent THE HOTEL INN for our stay. Manali recalling our most cherished holidays in the holiday inn manali. Manali is a picture perfect mountain resort covered with pinewoods and apple garden. The hotel has excellent cottages type rooms with door opening to gardens and a beautiful sit out facing the mountains. I had a wonderful stay at holiday inn primarily because of the superb location and awesome weather. The spectacular view around holiday inn is admirable.

All rooms are equipped with modern amenities. The service was too good and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. It has a spa massage treatment like Kerala. The spa offers relaxation and rejuvenation to create a balance between the body and mind.

The manali inn is situated in a very serene and a picturesque area facing river Beas. The hotel staff was very polite and courteous. Right from the day one, the hotel staff took great care of us. The room we booked deluxe had a large living space and ample furniture for dinner. They offered us welcome drinks on arrival; fruits and cookies in the rooms on arrival, a candle light dinner during the stay were fantastic. Excellent snow clad mountains view from the hotel room balcony. The place was beautiful and mind blowing. The greenery around the hotel was eye catching.

The main important point that we liked about this hotel is the service. The staffs have been very well trained and we really appreciate the hospitality shown to us. Everything was clean and well organized. Restaurant provides good variety of food. Manali has been attracting adventure and nature lovers from all over the world.

I must definitely say it was the most admirable experience in my life time, though I had stayed at several hotels I assure it’s my dream land hotel. Off course the privacy I had only in HOTEL INN MANALI. If u wants to stay in cool and comfortable luxurious place in manali then this is the right place to choose hotel inn manali. I loved it and I would be very happy to visit manali again and will definitely stay in hotel inn along with the services of Antilog Vacations.

A refreshing treat to beautiful Himalayan region Manali - AVB0098162

We visited Manali as a family trip and stayed in hotel Manu Allaya for 3 days and 2 nights. We booked the hotel rooms through a Antilog Vacations website and a friend of mine suggested me the hotel. We were in the group of 4 so we booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and we got very fair deal. Our 3 days stay in Manali has made us to love this picturesque valley. The hotel is also located at beautiful location, very near to the snow covered mountains.

Positive points about the hotel:

I have just come back from my 3 days trip from Manali. I went to Manali with my friends to enjoy our holidays. We stayed in Span Resort and spa, which is an excellent place far from city located on the rocky banks of river isolated from the hum of tourist activity. This is the perfectly an escape from the clamor of urban existence where mind is centered, the body healed and the senses awaken to the little wonders of creation.

As we reached the hotel we had very warm welcome and check in process was too fast. We were given deluxe rooms. The room was simple but very elegant comprises of king size bed, sofa, TV and all required amenities. To defeat the shivering climate of Manali the room was provide with wooden floor, fireplaces and heaters. The only negative point about the room and the bathroom is that they were tiny in space.

Staff of the hotel was amazing. They provide 24 hours room service and the room service was very fast. Each and every staff from the housekeeping staff to the manager everyone was very cooperative and always have smile on their faces.

Food in the multi cuisine restaurant want was amazingly very tasty. The ambience of the restaurant was also very nice. Other restaurant in the hotel which we liked the most was Zensation- this is the only Pan- Asian restaurant in Manali. The bar in the hotel had wide variety of drinks. We especially liked the selection of whiskeys in the bar.

Other facility provided in the hotel was swimming pool, tennis court and spa. Swimming pool is surrounded with lush of green garden provided with chairs to sit. We also tried spa in the resort which gives us very relaxing feeling.

I think this is the best hotel in Manali where the warmth of sun rejuvenates the soul.

B’day bash at Manila! Really Wonderful - AVB0097173

We went on a short tour to Manila to celebrate my wife’s birthday. . Manila is the most popular tourist place in India known for its spectacular views of snow clad Himalayas. We stayed in Hotel Honeymoon Inn, Manila for 3 days. It was very nice place for stay away from the hustle bustle of the city.

Location:
Hotel Honeymoon Inn is located just a kilometer from bus stand and taxi stand. The hotel commands an excellent view of the snows, the wide valleys and deodar woods. The garden at 3 levels offer a fabulous apple orchard with a Barbecue.

Rooms:
The hotel rooms are elegantly decorated in rich colors and fabrics. The room in which we stayed offered wonderful views over the garden and surrounding countryside. Room reflects both the modern and traditional looks. Room was very neat and clean and housekeeping was done daily at fixed time in the morning. Bathrooms were also good and quite spacious with hot/ cold water facility 24 hours. And one of the most important things about the room which like was, the room offers complete privacy.

Dinning:
The restaurant of the hotel offers excellent food with mouth watering dishes in the dinner and lunch menu. Breakfast was complimentary and was offered in the room itself. Though the menu of the breakfast was repetitive but the taste was very good. The restaurant offers Gujarati, South Indian, Chinese, Continental and North Indian Cuisine.

Staff:
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They help us to know about the city and the major attractions to visit.

Other Facilities:
The hotel also offers other facilities also like Discotheque, gift shop and library. We liked the music played in the disco very much. Gift shop was bit costlier.

Overall we loved our stay in the hotel. We will definitely stay in this hotel only in future also if visit Manila.

I am a fun loving guy and want to enjoy every special moment of life. Like, I really fond of watching movies, travelling and the company of my friends. Here, I want to share my experience with Antilog Vacations during my travel to Manali.

Antilog really proved that they are perfect partners for travel. We were a group of five friends and planned to Manali after watching a movie. As it was an immediate plan, so it was impossible like situation for all, except Antilog Vacations. Even my complete group had been working on the same. All of us tried our best, but did not find any hotel booking in this hurry situation.

But, suddenly one of us had a flashback about Antilog advertisement. Without wasting a single minute, we visited at antilogvacations.com and the great part was that they were the only partners who were capable to convert our excitement into a huge happiness. They offered us double from our expectations in a form of an excellent package within a best affordable price.

I still remember the day, when we finalized to add Antilog to our group and promise to book the future packages with this name. My group always believes in their smart work and their performance apart from the word Luck. But, now we all believe, it was really our LUCKY day when we are able to make bond with Antilog like a trustable brand.

Thanks Antilog! For giving such refreshing memories. They only focus on the part of our enjoyment and comfort within the reasonable service charges. It's CHALLENGE that No one can plan better than our travel partners- Antilog Vacations. At the peak time, we fully enjoyed the place and cover the stunning places which are covered with natural beauty.

Our Manali trip was incomplete without the guidelines and tips of our guide Shankar. He was such a friendly guy who helped us to cover the places which convinced us to plan this trip. He properly described every place and sites which are popular among film directors. In short, everything was superb from our stay, food, sightseeing, local guide up to driver.

Thanks Antilog Team! For such a memorable visit, which is surely incomplete without your efforts.

Manali Package (Unknown)-AVB0081861

Being an Area Training Manager, my job requires frequent flying to different places. I have 2-3 visits a month. Earlier I used to book tickets by calling my travel agent and he used to book tickets and charged high by saying seats unavailability and his commission also. Having many visits made it expensive for my company. So I decided to try bookings on my own. I tried 2-3 websites but there was not much difference so I was about to shift to my travel agent back. On a friend’s recommendation 2 years back I booked with Antilog Vacations. And I was surprised with the cost different. Not only, the website is easy to use also prices are much cheaper. There was around Rs 1500 to 2000 difference on a round trip.

There were times when I had to book flights for the same day, where other website showed seats unavailability or higher prices I always found seats on Antilog Vacations and with Right Prices. I also saw reviews of other people who book online tickets and Antilog Vacations had best ratings. There were really bad reviews of other companies.
Several times I booked hotels with flights and I have availed good discounts on hotel prices upto 15-20%. I am also registered member and many times I get rewards which help me in availing discounts in my future bookings.

Antilog Vacations has 24 hours helpline and also added a live chat option where you can chat with customer service executive anytime. I have also booked Volvo packages few times and every time I have got seat availability. Antilog Vacations have got tie ups with many hotels across India which provides you better prices, it gives to real value for your money. It provides the best deals and comes with gifts vouchers and cash vouchers. I also went on a Manali Tour with Antilog Vacations and I had a great time in manali. From the hotel to food, from transfers to sightseeing everything was best. They plan your holiday with full dedication and Antilog Vacations has a complete dedicated and responsible team
