We stayed two nights at Holiday inn Cochin during our business tour to Kerala. It is located on NH 47 with approximately 40 mins drive from Cochin International Airport. We were four people and we had booking for two executive club level rooms through the services of Antilog Vacations.
We reached the hotel before the check-in time but the hotel staff was very cooperative they understand our problem and made the arrangement for our early check-in. Finally we were accompanied to our rooms. While the time we settled down in the room they served us tea and coffee.
Rooms are cozy, spacious and clean. The room has perfect lighting, a working desk, minibar, safe, tea/coffee making facility and a generous amount of mineral water bottles. A/C was very efficient and did not reduce the temperature below 24 degrees Celsius throughout the stay. Bathrooms were very clean and have all the required amenities. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, dental kit, shaving kit and soap bars.
It is relatively new hotel with large Business centre. As we were on official tour, we spent most of our time in Business center with our clients. Although we were on official tour so we don’t had enough time for enjoyment, in the morning we went to the pool and fitness centre in the hotel. Pool was nice and the fitness centre was well equipped with the helpful staff that was providing mineral water bottles for the guests during workout.
There were 3 restaurants in the hotel- Masala, Roma and Deli KC. On first day we had lunch and dinner in the Italian Roma restaurant and on second day we had our food in multi-cuisine Masala restaurant. Food was really nice and tasty. Food at Masala restaurant is just home like. Our clients also appreciated the food.
Throughout our stay hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Waiters were always outside the door at our service. Nice hotel and we will surely stay at this place in our next trip also.
